Private In-Home Dog Training in

and surrounding areas

Is your dog pulling on walks? Barking and lunging at other dogs or people? Ignoring you the moment something more interesting comes along?

Living with these problems every single day is exhausting, and it has a way of making you feel like you've failed your dog, even when you haven't.

You haven't failed. You just haven't had the right guidance yet.

I'm Denis, and I come to your home to work with your dog, in the real environment where these problems actually happen. No kennels, no group classes, no one-size-fits-all programs. Just a clear, practical plan built around you and your dog, so the results actually stick.

The longer unwanted behaviours are rehearsed, the more ingrained they become. Get in touch today and let's start building the foundation for a more enjoyable life with your dog.

What I Can Help With

Handler walking their dog on a loose leash
Leash Pulling

Walking on a loose leash is the foundation of a well-mannered and engaged dog. We'll have your dog understanding leash pressure, and save you from constantly being pulled around.

Reacting On Walks

Barking, lunging, or overreacting to dogs, people, or the environment can make walks overwhelming. Let's fix reactivity so you can finally enjoy a stress-free and safe walk.

Behaviours At Home

Unwanted behaviours at home, such as jumping, door rushing, or stealing food, often stem from unclear expectations. We'll establish structure, boundaries, and calm behaviour where it matters most: in your day-to-day life.

Basic Commands

Sit, Down, Come, Wait, Place - Do they reliably know their commands, and not just in your living room? We'll bullet proof them in different environments and under different distractions.

Off-Leash Progressions

For dogs that are ready, training may progress toward off-leash reliability in safe, controlled environments. This is built on a strong foundation of engagement, responsiveness, and safety, and is assessed on an individual basis.

Why Everyday Dogs?

Training That Happens In Real Life

Group classes and kennels teach dogs to behave in controlled environments, not yours. I come to your home, your street, your neighbourhood. That's where the problems happen, and that's where we fix them.

Built Around You And Your Dog

There's no one-size-fits-all program here. Every dog is different, every owner is different. I assess what's actually going on and build a plan around your specific situation, so you're not paying for sessions that don't apply to you.

You're Supported The Whole Way Through

Training doesn't stop when I leave. Between sessions and after we're done, you can call, text, or email me with questions. You'll never feel like you're on your own figuring it out.

Most owners are surprised by how much changes in just the first session. Let's find out what's possible for you and your dog.

Success Stories

From Lunging At Cars to Calm Walks

Max was a 7-month-old Sheepadoodle who began training with intense over-arousal on walks. He pulled hard on the leash, barked, whined, spun, and lunged at almost anything that moved, especially passing cars.  Through clearer communication, consistent leash handling, and follow-through from his owners, Max learned to stay more connected to his handler and make much better choices around distractions.

Pricing

Each session typically lasts 60-75 minutes

5 Session Pack
$450

The pack is the most effective way to work through your dog's issues and build lasting results. Five sessions gives us enough time to address what's frustrating you most, establish a solid foundation of skills, and make sure everything holds up in real-life situations, not just during training.

Each session starts with a check-in on how things have been going at home, then we build from there. By the end, most clients are genuinely surprised by how much their dog has changed.

Individual Session
$110

Not every dog needs a full program. If you're dealing with one specific issue, want to get started before committing to a package, or just need a refresher on something you've already worked on, a single session might be all you need.

We'll spend 60–75 minutes focused entirely on your dog, in your home, working on whatever's giving you the most trouble right now.

Not sure if one session is enough? Reach out and we'll figure it out together on a free assessment call.

I'll support you and your furry friend as you continue your training journey. If you have any questions in between sessions or after we've completed in-person training, don't hesitate to call, text, or email me.
